Simple Square design Vision Board.

After purchasing the product you will be able to download a questionnaire along with some suggestions for goals to use. Return that completed form to the email at the bottom and you will be emailed a personalized vision board within a week. Include any personal images or quotes you would like to use on the board in the email.

Please include what size you would like your vision board to be. If it will fit on a screen as a desktop screen saver please include that size. If you will be printing the file out, please put the size you will be printing to.

Email completed page 3 of the PDF to address at the bottom of PDF. Your custom completed vision board will be emailed to you in a week.
